ProfitMaxTrader · Transparency & Support
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy explains how ProfitMaxTrader handles personal information in connection with profitmaxtrader.com, our enquiries, educational content and product-support services. ProfitMaxTrader is operated by Evans Nthiwa. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Information we receive
- Information you choose to submit through forms, email or community messages, such as your name, contact details and enquiry.
- Order and support information needed to help with software access, including a payment reference and, where needed for premium activation, your Deriv Login ID.
- Technical and usage information, including browser and device information, IP address, pages visited, referral sources and interactions with links. Hosting, analytics and embedded services may collect this information through cookies or similar technologies.
Never send us your broker password, API token, payment-card security code or identity documents through an ordinary support message. Broker identity verification belongs in the provider’s own secure system.
Why information is used
We use relevant information to answer enquiries, provide requested resources, administer purchased access, investigate support issues, protect services from misuse, understand website use and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. If you subscribe to updates, we use your contact information for those updates; you can unsubscribe or contact us to stop them.
Where applicable, processing relies on your consent, steps you request before a purchase, performance of our service commitments, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as service security and improvement. A basis for one purpose does not automatically authorise unrelated marketing.
Cookies, analytics and embedded content
The website uses OLSP/LeadConnector hosting and includes Google Analytics 4 and TikTok tracking integrations. These services may use cookies, device identifiers and interaction data for measurement and attribution. Embedded YouTube players and external social or payment services may also process data when loaded or opened.
You can manage cookies through your browser and any consent controls displayed on the site. Blocking some technologies may affect functionality or measurement. Where consent is required for optional tracking, it must be obtained before that tracking is used. Contact us if you have concerns about the choices available on a particular page.
Service providers and external links
Relevant information may be processed by hosting, communication, analytics, payment and support providers for their services. Selar handles its checkout and subscription processes. Deriv, XM, Binance, OKX, YouTube and Telegram operate separately under their own policies. Referral links may record referral identifiers or eligible activity according to the provider’s rules. Clicking a referral link is not proof that a completed registration or purchase has been attributed.
We do not ask you to enter payment-card details into a ProfitMaxTrader support message. Review the privacy and checkout notices of the service where you submit information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights.
International processing and retention
Our service providers may process information outside Kenya or your country of residence. Applicable safeguards and lawful transfer requirements must be considered for those arrangements. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, service administration, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practicable. Retention depends on the record and purpose; you may ask about information relating to you.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others.
Email [email protected] with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity; do not send sensitive documents unless a secure method is agreed. Kenyan data subjects may raise concerns with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. You may also contact the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.
Security, children and updates
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Trading-related services are intended for adults eligible under the relevant provider’s rules, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We may update this policy when our practices or obligations change and will show the revised date here.
