Terms of Service

These Terms explain how you may use ProfitMaxTrader's website, educational materials, trading-analysis tools, hosted premium subscriptions and separately supplied XML bot products. Please read them before purchasing or requesting activation.

ProfitMaxTrader is operated by Evans Nthiwa. For product and account-access questions, contact [email protected]. The terms of Deriv and other independent service providers also apply when you use their services.

1. About ProfitMaxTrader

ProfitMaxTrader operates profitmaxtrader.com and related services including the ProfitMax trading application. We provide independent trading technology, market-analysis interfaces, educational information and affiliate pathways. We are a Deriv Master Partner, not Deriv itself, and we do not hold ourselves out as your broker or investment adviser.

Deriv, Selar, XM, Binance, OKX, Telegram and other third parties are separate providers. Their account eligibility, payment, product, trading and data-handling terms are governed by their respective agreements.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

Trading-related products are intended for adults aged 18 or older who are legally permitted to use the relevant services in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking local rules, product availability and the terms of your chosen trading provider.

Use our services lawfully and do not interfere with other users, impersonate anyone, bypass access controls, distribute malicious software or use another person's subscription without permission. We may reasonably restrict access where necessary to address fraud, security threats or a material breach, subject to applicable law and your paid-access rights.

3. Free tools, educational content and demos

Some ProfitMaxTrader tools and educational resources are available without a paid subscription. Available features can differ between demo and real accounts, and some functions require access to a third-party trading service.

Illustrations, historical digit percentages, market observations, alerts, demonstrations and user testimonials are not promises that a strategy will win. A demo result is not evidence that the same outcome will occur with real money. You remain responsible for every trading decision and for reviewing contract terms before running a bot or placing a trade.

4. Premium hosted subscriptions

Our current premium web-tool offers are separate products, each with its own subscription and activation. The prices below reflect the advertised offers as at the date of these Terms; please confirm the final price, billing currency, renewal details and any taxes or fees shown at checkout before paying.

Subscribing does not entitle you to a specific profit, return or number of successful trades. Premium access provides the advertised software functionality subject to eligibility, appropriate account setup and reasonable service availability.

5. Payment confirmation and manual activation

1. Select the specific premium product and review its linked Selar checkout information before paying.
2. Keep your Selar order confirmation or purchase reference.
3. Open the relevant activation page: TriMesh activation or DualEdge activation.
4. Follow the activation instructions and provide the relevant Deriv Login ID requested by the tool, together with purchase details where necessary for verification.
5. Allow time for manual verification and activation. If your payment has been confirmed but access has not been enabled, contact [email protected] with your order reference.

Activation is subject to the purchased product, an eligible trading account and successful verification. If an order cannot be fulfilled, contact us promptly so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy consistent with the terms of the purchase and applicable consumer law.

6. Recurring charges, renewals and cancellations

TriMesh Match AI and DualEdge AI are recurring hosted subscriptions. The checkout provider's confirmation should identify the subscription terms and billing schedule. Charges, renewals, payment processing, accepted methods and any checkout taxes are handled through Selar or the payment method displayed during purchase.

To prevent a future renewal, use the cancellation controls made available through your Selar account or order information. If you cannot locate them, contact Selar support or email us with your order reference for assistance before your next billing date. Do not assume that simply stopping use of a tool cancels a subscription.

Cancellation generally prevents future charges according to the applicable billing terms; it does not automatically reverse a charge already processed. Paid access and expiry dates are governed by the confirmed order and applicable terms. We will not knowingly impose undisclosed renewal terms or remove mandatory cancellation rights.

7. Refunds, failed activation and order problems

Before purchasing, review the product description, the checkout terms and any stated eligibility requirements. If you encounter a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge, an undelivered product, a failure to activate an eligible paid account or a product materially different from its description, email [email protected] with your order reference and details.

We will review the request against the confirmed purchase, the circumstances and applicable consumer-protection law. Where a refund, correction, replacement, continued access or other remedy is required, it will be handled accordingly, including through the payment processor where appropriate. No provision on this page excludes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Stopping use of a properly delivered service or experiencing trading losses does not, by itself, establish a right to reimbursement of trading losses or previous subscription payments.

8. Standalone XML bot purchases are different

Products offered on the XML Bot Marketplace are separate from TriMesh and DualEdge hosted subscriptions. The currently advertised TriMesh Sniper Match v7.0 is a standalone Deriv DBot Digit Matches XML bot offered for $120 USD one-time, subject to the product description and agreed delivery terms.

Enquiries about availability, payment and delivery are handled through ProfitMaxTrader's official Telegram contact. Before payment, confirm the version, compatible Deriv Bot environment, included files, agreed delivery method, any support offered and whether future upgrades are included. No lifetime updates, unlimited support or guaranteed compatibility are implied unless explicitly agreed in the purchase terms.

Purchasing a standalone XML bot does not give you a TriMesh Match AI subscription or DualEdge AI access. Likewise, a hosted subscription does not include downloadable source code unless the relevant product description expressly states otherwise.

9. Trading risk and no investment advice

Trading options, leveraged CFDs, synthetic indices and other speculative products can lead to substantial financial losses, including the loss of your entire stake or invested capital. Some products carry additional leverage, margin or liquidation risks. Crypto assets can also be highly volatile.

We do not guarantee a winning strategy, fixed daily income, return on investment, continuous market availability or uninterrupted execution of third-party trades. Scanner alerts, entry-status messages, digit frequency rankings and historical results are informational and are not personalised investment recommendations.

Use demo accounts to familiarise yourself with settings and trade mechanics. Review the broker's displayed stake, payout, loss exposure and contract conditions before trading. Do not borrow or risk money needed for essential living expenses. You remain solely responsible for decisions made using any manual or automated tools.

10. Software access, intellectual property and compatibility

ProfitMaxTrader's name, branding, website content, tool interfaces and proprietary software remain the property of their respective rights holders. Subject to the paid or free access granted to you, you receive permission to use the relevant product for its intended purpose; this does not transfer ownership, resale rights or source code.

Unless expressly permitted by a product's separate licence or applicable law, do not redistribute paid XML files, copy or resell subscription access, misrepresent our tools as your own, or bypass technical restrictions.

Deriv MT5 Expert Advisors, Deriv Bot XML strategies and ProfitMaxTrader hosted tools are different formats. It is your responsibility to check the stated product compatibility and current platform requirements before purchase. Changes made by third-party providers may affect functionality.

11. Service changes, support and availability

We may improve interfaces, correct errors, modify analysis displays or adjust product features as the platform develops. We aim to minimise unnecessary disruption and communicate material changes where reasonably practicable. Some functions depend on Deriv APIs, hosting, payment providers, internet connectivity and other systems outside our control.

We do not promise error-free or uninterrupted operation. If a material problem affects a paid product, contact support with an explanation and relevant order details so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms takes away a remedy you may have under applicable law.

12. Third-party accounts, partners and affiliate links

Some links on our website lead to Deriv, Selar, XM, Binance, OKX, Telegram, YouTube or other independent platforms. Registration, eligibility, deposits, withdrawals, contract pricing, trading terms and external-service support are controlled by the relevant provider, not by ProfitMaxTrader.

ProfitMaxTrader may receive commissions from eligible registrations, referrals, trading activity or purchases through certain links. This does not increase the probability of success of any trading strategy. Partner approvals, attribution and commissions are subject to the relevant provider's programme rules; no partner earnings are guaranteed.

13. Privacy and account security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information relating to website use, enquiries and product support. You are responsible for keeping your broker credentials secure. Never disclose your password or sensitive account credentials to anyone claiming to guarantee activation or profits.

14. Liability and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProfitMaxTrader is not responsible for trading outcomes, speculative losses, or independent third-party platform decisions merely because you used our educational content or analysis tools. However, these Terms do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to products or services not supplied as agreed.

If a concern arises, please contact us first with details so we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Unresolved disputes remain subject to applicable laws and competent dispute-resolution bodies or courts. Nothing here limits mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, operational requirements or legal obligations. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes affecting an existing paid commitment will be addressed consistently with the terms accepted at purchase and applicable law.
